  • Are the items new?

    No. All pieces are vintage or second-hand and have lived a life before you. That’s exactly what makes them special! Minor signs of wear may be present. If there are noticeable flaws, they will always be mentioned in the product description.

  • How do I know if an item will fit me?

    Sizing in vintage clothing can vary a lot from modern sizing. That’s why every item includes detailed measurements. I always recommend comparing the measurements to a similar piece you already own and love.

  • How often do you release new drops?

    Drops usually happen weekly or bi-weekly, depending on sourcing. I always announce them in advance on Instagram.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! Currently, I ship within the EU, UK, Switzerland, Australia and North America (USA, Canada). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    Orders over €150 include free EU shipping.

  • How are customs handled for the United States?

    All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

    This means:

    • Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout

    • You will not receive an unexpected customs bill upon delivery

    Your total cost is shown before completing your purchase.

  • What about customs for other international orders?

    Other international orders (apart from US) may be subject to local import taxes or duties. These are determined by your local customs authorities.

    Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are shipped within 5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

  • Can I return my order?

    We take great care into providing detailed measurements of each garment. Please read them carefully before placing an order to make sure the piece fits you perfectly.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact me as soon as possible. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
