1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.
2. Shipping Destinations
Full Bloom Thrift currently ships to:

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping is not currently offered there.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping within the European Union. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside the EU.
4. Customs & Import Duties
European Union
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties.
United States (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)
All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before completing your order.
Canada
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by Canadian authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Tracked Shipping
All orders are shipped using tracked shipping services only.
Full Bloom Thrift is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
7. Risk & Responsibility
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Full Bloom Thrift is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address details.
8. Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to us, any shipping and return costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
